ZEV SAFRAN
Zev assists companies, family offices, sponsors, and charitable organizations in mission-critical organizational and transactional matters. His focus is on complex investments, corporate organization and governance, commercial agreements and securities transactions.
Zev received his law degree from Columbia Law School and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Zev's extensive financial training and experience enables him to guide clients with respect to the financial as well as legal aspects of these matters.
